Shipping policy

We offer next-day delivery or the option to schedule your order up to 30 days in advance.
Customers can select their preferred delivery date and one-hour time slot at checkout.
All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and quality.

Deliveries are made within the selected one-hour window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
If no one is present at the delivery location, we will attempt to contact the customer. If we are unable to reach the customer, the order will not be refunded and will be considered delivered.
We do not leave orders unattended due to the perishable nature of our products.
