Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Cancellations are allowed up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
- Order modifications must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for review.
- If the issue is verified, we will offer a partial or full refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.

Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, it is non-refundable, but we may offer store credit at our discretion.

- Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order. We are not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
