Refund policy

  • Cancellations & Order Modifications

    • Cancellations are allowed up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
    • Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
    • Order modifications must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Incorrect Orders

    • If your order arrives incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for review.
    • If the issue is verified, we will offer a partial or full refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
  • Missed Deliveries

    • If no one is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you.
    • If the order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, it is non-refundable, but we may offer store credit at our discretion.
  • Food Allergies & Preferences

    • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order. We are not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
  • Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
